FurvanaWell Returns & Exchanges Policy

At FurvanaWell, we want you and your furry friends to be happy with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we make the return and exchange process as simple as possible.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Gift cards

Clearance or final sale items

Customized products (e.g., collars engraved with your pet’s name)

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer


3. Return Process

Contact us at hello@furvanawell.com or call 469-423-7858 with your order number.

Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions.

Securely repackage your item and ship it using the provided return label (if applicable).

Once received, we’ll inspect your return and notify you of approval or rejection.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.

If you wish to exchange for a different product, any price difference will be billed or refunded accordingly.

Exchange requests must be initiated within the 30-day return window.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

Double-check your bank or credit card account.

Contact your bank or card provider (sometimes posting takes time).
