At FurvanaWell, we work hard to ensure that your furry friend’s wellness essentials arrive safely, quickly, and affordably. Please review our detailed shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped, including tracking information.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer reliable delivery across the U.S. with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Flat rate $5.95 or free for orders over $50.

  • Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days): Flat rate $12.95.

  • Overnight Shipping (1–2 business days): Available in select areas for $24.95.


3. International Shipping

FurvanaWell is proud to ship worldwide.

  • Delivery Times: 7–21 business days (depending on destination).

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or customs fees applied by their country.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after your package has been handed to the carrier.

  • If your tracking number does not work within 48 hours, please contact us at tranchantaudain@gmail.com.


5. Delivery Issues & Delays

  • FurvanaWell is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier will not be eligible for replacement or refund. In these cases, please check with neighbors, building managers, or your local post office.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes for expedited and overnight orders.

  • Hazardous materials (such as certain grooming sprays or liquid refills) may be restricted from international shipping due to regulations.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • FurvanaWell is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us within 12 hours to update your shipping details.
